Before I came to America, I had not encountered racism and any prejudice. Therefore, I was shock after I road chapter 12. In addition, I read a history book about the civil right moment. The book showed me at the time white people did a lot of inhuman things to African American people. So, I felt sad for them. However, I am glade that it will not happen again. Because people know it is not right to prejudice on race, and in the world everybody is equal to do their right. I will not prejudice people on racism and sexist.

Did you really read a book about the Civil Movement? That's interesting. Before I came to America, I did not have any interest in the racial problem. However, now I can feel how serious it was. If possible, I also want to see the book you read someday.
Your final thoughts are really interesting. And, I got different image about you because your opinions are sounds intelligent lol Also, I did same work, but you made me to think about these situations again!
